  I had used them before at the recomandation of my insurance carrier years ago. Wasn't thrilled the last time but this time was a NIGHTMARE! Simply put they are slack, rude, disrespectful, and above all Jeremiah lied to my face then when I called him out he became combatant (over the phone. In person he was a meek and mild little punk) You can take your car there if you want to but as you saw by the other review beware. I wil never take my vehicle there or to any Kendrick shop. Would have given 0 stars but 1 is the minimum.
