  My name is Deborah Smith I lived there & not once did I ever have a problem. Sometimes I even had to go outside & make sure other people lived there cause it was so quite. If I had any problems at all they were dealt with in a timely manner. My neighbors were awesome & had been there for years. Nancy the on site manager was awesome too. When I was in the hospital she called to check on me & wished me well & not once mentioned anything about the rent even though I owed but just wasn't able to pay right then. Nancy & Thelma both are nice as can be so I can't imagine anyone not wanting to stay at Greenbrier. Free cable,water & trash pickup all at a great monthly price. I really wish I didn't have to move but family needed me. If I ever move back to Aiken Greenbriar will be the only place I'll move to.
