  I am 39 years old and have progressively been running higher uncontrollable diabetes often runnong over 500. I am not obese and have always maintained a fair diet.
  My general physician referred me to Dr Vaughter in October and was able to get an appointment on January 10th. I have been anticipating this appointment for a very long time. A few days before Christmas, I was told they could work me in on a next day appointment since my condition is serious, but soon after was told they made a mistake and that we would have to stick to the January 10th apointment.
  
  I called this morning to confirm time as I coukd not remember. They said I was not in the system. Not only that, After I asked for an apology and for them to work me in, they said they will not see me as a patient and for me to call another endocrinologist.
  
  I have a trip planned around this appointment to do a mission trip to Nicaragua but now will go there without even having an appointment as I have to start from scratch.
  
  I am really worried about my condition and health and it is very obvious the staff there does not care about their patients and is too stubborn to even offer sn apology for loosing my appointment.
